This boat is turnkey and ready to go. The highlight of this boat is clearly the layout and space in the cabin. It feels much larger than a 37. There is a spacious aft cabin reached via a port side passageway from the mid-cabin main saloon, a separate galley to starboard and aft of the main saloon and a v-berth stateroom forward. There are two heads one next to the aft stateroom and one between the main saloon and forward stateroom. Both are complete with showers. The forward head goes to a holding tank and the aft head is pumped out via a Lectra-San waste treatment system.The engine was rebuilt in 2010 and runs excellent. The dodger over the cockpit is near perfect condition. I walked the entire deck and found no soft spots or delamination of any kind. This is an older vessel and she shows her age, but she is in much better condition than expected. The owner also stated that he has had no problems with the deck and everything is hard as a rock.
All of the exterior and interior woodwork has been recently refinished. The deck has been professionally painted with marine grade polyurethane (Kiwi Grip). The bottom needs a coat of paint but appears solid. Everything works as expected.
The mainsail and jib are in excellent condition and the mizzen is in usable condition.
